Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayman Saber Mohamed is an Associate Professor at Cairo University, Egypt, with a Ph.D. in Molecular and Integrated Physiology (2017) from the Faculty of Science. His doctoral research focused on the metabolic effects of Echinochrome pigment extracted from sea urchins on diabetic rats. He also holds an M.Sc.
