After earning his medical degree, he undertook an internship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taoyuan from June 1995 to June 1996. He later pursued postgraduate education, obtaining a Ph.D. in Clinical Medical Sciences from the Graduate Institute of Clinical Medical Sciences at Chang Gung University College of Medicine, where he studied from September 2007 to August 2017, further advancing his expertise in the field.

🏥Work Experience:

Professor Ming-Yow Hung began his military service as a Lieutenant General Physician in the Navy of Taiwan from August 1996 to May 1998. Afterward, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taoyuan, Taiwan, from July 1998 to June 2001, followed by a two-year cardiology fellowship from July 2001 to June 2003. He served as an attending cardiologist at the same hospital from July 2003 to May 2008. Since 2008, Professor Hung has been an attending cardiologist at Shuang Ho Hospital, Taipei Medical University. In academia, he progressed from Assistant Professor (2011-2017) to Associate Professor (2017-2022) and has been a Full Professor since February 2022.
