Education:

Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayman Saber Mohamed is an Associate Professor at Cairo University, Egypt, with a Ph.D. in Molecular and Integrated Physiology (2017) from the Faculty of Science. His doctoral research focused on the metabolic effects of Echinochrome pigment extracted from sea urchins on diabetic rats. He also holds an M.Sc. (2014) in the same field, where he studied the antifibrotic and antioxidant effects of Sepia officinalis ink extract on cholestasis in rats. Dr. Mohamed earned his B.Sc. in Zoology and Chemistry from Cairo University in 2011 and has since been actively involved in research on physiological and metabolic processes.
