Getu Gizaw is an Assistant Professor of Human Nutrition at Jimma University, Ethiopia, and a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in maternal and child health, acute malnutrition management, and public health nutrition across humanitarian and development settings. With more than nine years of involvement in observational studies and randomized controlled trials, he has contributed significantly to evidence generation on the impacts of malnutrition and the effectiveness of simplified, community-based treatment approaches.
